Why doesn't Indianapolis have a naturist group? Indiana has more clubs/resorts than most states, especially for a mid-western conservative state. How odd?
Last year a great guy, Chris, tried to get a group going using meetup.com. He organized a few beginning events, and even hosted an event in his great condo - but nothing really ever took off. I think any social group, with or without clothes, is hard to get going, but it seems like a city of the size of Indianapolis should have a club/organization for naturists. The only 'non-landed' naturist organization in Indiana is mostly based outside of the Indianapolis Metro area, usually seeming to meet and have events in the northern part of the state.
I have put together this website so that we can get this group organized and going. But I need your help. This is a grass roots effort.
Honestly, I am making this all up as I go, I've created/suggested some events that we could have. A monthly gathering of sorts for the time being.
But a group/organization should have some structure and 'membership' etc. How should we be organized and conduct business, for lack of a better term? I've tried to research some other groups to base this website off of, hopefully this site looks a bit nicer, or at least 'newer'. (That does seem to be a problem with a lot of club/resort websites, as most look like they are from the 90's)
Remember, Clothing is always optional, but never required!
